Thrive is on a mission to lower the barriers to health checks and disease prevention for the rising population of Africans who are at risk of hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Thrive helps users to track their health through health checks, and to reduce their risk of diseases by increasing their physical activity, improving their diet, and by achieving the right weight.
A user starts by answering a health assessment quiz on the mobile app to receive lab test recommendations and book test with our partner labs. The user is assigned a health coach and is helped to set goals and follow daily coaching and lessons on the app. The users progress is tracked to know how well the program is working or if changes are needed.
